Sculpture Capital of Texas Celebration
- Rep. Ashby unvieled the Sculputre Capital of Texas plaque as County Judge Byron Ryder, Mayor Pro Tem Tammy Coulter, JEDC President Amit Patel and JACC President Chad Prior looks on.

- Leon FFA Members presented the Flags and led in the Pledges to begin the Celebration.
- Leon Family and Consumer Sciences Members prepared and served refreshments during the Celebration.
- The Leon High School Band, under the direction of Mr. Bill Boyle, provided entertainment prior to the start of the Sculpture Capital of Texas Celebration.

Flea Festival

- Leon County Sheriff Kevin Ellis was a great sport while taking his turn on the dunking booth.
- Jewett Green and Nucor Steel partnered together to hand out 500 free Mexican White Oak Trees during the day.
- RanP Concessions spent the day trying to avoid the alligator as they sold tons of alligator bites.
- The bounce house was a big hit with kids of all ages.
- Shoppers spent the day checking out all the vendor booths and taking home tons of new items including jewelry, home decor, clothing, and much more.
- The Leon County Crimestoppers shared information about this new organization during the Flea Festival.
