Lake Limestone is located 11 miles from Jewett on the upper Navasota River in Leon, Robertson and Limestone Counties. When full the lake covers a surface area of 12,680 acres. Lake Limestone is for public use for all type of water recreation. The predominant fish species are Largemouth Bass, White Bass, Crappie and Channel, Blue and Flathead Catfish.
